1. Vendor Eligibility

To become a vendor on TripTerra, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to list services
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Pass our verification process
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Listing Terms

When listing services on our platform:

  • All listings must be accurate and truthful
  • Photos must represent the actual service
  • Prices must be clearly stated in the correct currency
  • Availability must be kept up to date
  • Cancellation policies must be clearly defined
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our terms

3. Commissions & Fees

As a vendor, you agree to:

  • Pay the agreed commission on each booking
  • Allow us to deduct fees from payouts
  • Accept that commission rates may change with notice
  • Not charge guests additional fees outside the platform

Commission rates are clearly displayed in your vendor dashboard and may vary by service type.

4. Vendor Obligations

As a vendor, you are responsible for:

  • Honoring confirmed bookings
  • Providing the service as described
  • Responding to guest inquiries promptly
  • Maintaining accurate availability
  • Complying with all applicable laws
  • Handling guest issues professionally

Failure to meet these obligations may result in account suspension or termination.
