1. Payment Processing

By making a payment, you agree to the terms of our payment partners.

2. Fees & Charges

For Customers:

• No additional booking fees for customers
• Price shown includes all applicable taxes
• Currency conversion fees may apply based on your payment method

For Vendors:

• Commission fees are deducted from each booking
• Commission rates vary by service type
• Payment processing fees may apply
• Fees are clearly displayed in your dashboard

3. Vendor Payouts

Vendor payouts are processed according to the following terms:

• Payouts are issued after guest check-in
• Processing time: 3-5 business days
• Minimum payout amount: $50 USD
• Payouts are sent to your designated bank account
• International transfers may incur additional fees

4. Payment Disputes

In case of payment disputes:

• Contact our support team immediately
• Provide documentation of the issue
• We will investigate and mediate disputes
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension

We reserve the right to reverse transactions in cases of fraud or violation of terms.
