How to Cancel a Booking

  1. Log in to your TripTerra account
  2. Go to "My Bookings" from your dashboard
  3. Find the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Booking" button
  5. Review the cancellation policy and refund amount
  6. Confirm cancellation

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed according to the vendor's cancellation policy. Once cancelled, refunds typically take:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 2-3 business days
  • Bank transfers: 3-7 business days

Partial Refunds

Depending on when you cancel, you may receive a partial refund:

  • Cancellation 7+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellation 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours: No refund

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings are marked as "Non-Refundable" and will not receive any refund upon cancellation. These are clearly labeled during the booking process.
