How to Cancel a Booking
- Log in to your TripTerra account
- Go to "My Bookings" from your dashboard
- Find the booking you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Booking" button
- Review the cancellation policy and refund amount
- Confirm cancellation
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed according to the vendor's cancellation policy. Once cancelled, refunds typically take:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 2-3 business days
- Bank transfers: 3-7 business days
Partial Refunds
Depending on when you cancel, you may receive a partial refund:
- Cancellation 7+ days before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellation 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours: No refund
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some bookings are marked as "Non-Refundable" and will not receive any refund upon cancellation. These are clearly labeled during the booking process.
